Search your whole mailbox fast (recommended)

Your mailbox is large, so the quickest way to search everything is to use Visayab webmail as an app on your phone.
صندوق ایمیل شما بزرگ است، پس سریعترین راه برای جستجوی همهچیز این است که از وبمیل ویزایاب بهصورت یک اپ روی گوشی استفاده کنید.
- Open Safari and go to webmail.visayab.com, then log in.Safari را باز کنید و به webmail.visayab.com بروید و وارد شوید.
- Tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen → Add.دکمهی Share را بزنید → Add to Home Screen → Add.
- Open the new Visayab Mail icon and use the search box — it searches your entire mailbox instantly, in English and Farsi.آیکن جدید Visayab Mail را باز کنید و از کادر جستجو استفاده کنید — کل صندوق را فوری و به انگلیسی و فارسی جستجو میکند.

- In a mailbox, pull down to show the search bar and type your word (English or Farsi).در صندوق ایمیل، صفحه را به پایین بکشید تا نوار جستجو ظاهر شود و کلمهتان را تایپ کنید (انگلیسی یا فارسی).
- Tap “All Mailboxes.”گزینهی «All Mailboxes» را انتخاب کنید.
- If older emails don’t appear, tap “Continue Search on Server” — this finds everything stored on the server.اگر ایمیلهای قدیمیتر نمایش داده نشد، روی «Continue Search on Server» بزنید — همهچیز را روی سرور پیدا میکند.
For a lot of searching, the webmail app above is the most reliable — it always searches your whole mailbox.برای جستجوی زیاد، همان اپ وبمیل بالا مطمئنترین است — همیشه کل صندوق را جستجو میکند.
Attach a file from Nextcloud
پیوست فایل از نکستکلود
- Install the Nextcloud app from the App Store.اپ Nextcloud را از App Store نصب کنید.
- Open it and sign in — Server:
cloud.visayab.com, then your email and password.بازش کنید و وارد شوید — سرور:cloud.visayab.com، سپس ایمیل و رمز شما. - In Apple Mail, while writing an email: tap the body → Add Document → Browse → under Locations tap Nextcloud → choose your file.در Apple Mail هنگام نوشتن ایمیل: داخل متن بزنید → Add Document → Browse → از بخش Locations روی Nextcloud بزنید → فایلتان را انتخاب کنید.
In webmail, use the paperclip / attach button and pick your file.
در وبمیل، از دکمهی گیرهی کاغذ / Attach استفاده کنید و فایل را انتخاب کنید.
